About Chelle’s
Chelle’s was a nickname that I was called by friends and family, so we couldn’t resist naming the horse business “Chelles”. I’ve owned horses for over forty years. As a child my mom dressed my sister and I up and put us on our horses to ride in parades. We spent almost every day on them and over the years I did some gaming, racing and horse shows and also worked as a wrangler but mostly enjoyed pleasure riding.
One thing I didn’t experience as a child was miniature horses. I had my big horses and always thought minis where adorable. I would have loved to own one but never thought much about it until a friend of ours told us about a couple of minis needing a home. My mom and I decided to take them and the rest was history. I was hooked! That was back in 2006 and my little herd seems to keep growing. Its really hard to part with them. They are so irresistible it’s like having a buddy to hang out with.
I’ve started this website in order to share my love for minis and to help others experience the joy of owning a mini. Thanks to my step-son Ari I would’ve never been able to put this together.
I also want to mention that if it weren’t for my Wonderful husband Marty, who God has blessed me with, my dreams would still be just visions in my mind. Even though he has never experienced horses he still loves them and supports me way beyond what I could ever imagine! I love watching the excitement he has for them and he’s not afraid to help me out when I need an extra hand. Thank You Marty…..I love you! And especially Thank You to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Great pictures and web site Michelle. I am hooked on my mini too. In fact, I beleive I can thank you. It was shortly after seeing your mini’s in 2006 that I got one. You had just rescued some minis and I needed a companion for Devin’s pony.
